To celebrate the season of Hallowe'en in 3rd & 4th class, we became investigators and detectives. We had two very serious crimes to solve. Firstly, The Mystery of the Missing Hallowe'en Pumpkins, and secondly, The Mystery of the Hallowe'en Party Game. To solve each case, the pupils worked in pairs to work out the answers to 5 clues and thus reveal the criminals name in each case. The detectives who solved The Mystery of the Missing Hallowe'en Pumpkins were Brent Astwood and Leah O' Dwyer, and the successful team on The Mystery of the Hallowe'en Party Game was Brent Astwood and Sophie O' Dwyer.
The pupils created Spooky Silhouettes using chalk pastels for the background, and black sugar paper for the silhouettes.
