While most of the plants didn’t survive the move, the potato plant continued to grow over the past few months in Mrs Tierney's garden. With the help of my children at home, we harvested the crop today and discovered a lovely collection of baby potatoes. It certainly wouldn’t have been enough to feed all of Mrs Ryan’s class, but we’ll manage to put them to some good use. I am looking forward to beginning the Incredible Edibles project with the children again next year.
