Have a look at how our potato & strawberry plants are doing. The first two pictures show the plants on March 16th and the second pair were taken yesterday, April 6th. Time to transplant the potato plant to a bigger pot now to make room for more growth. The strawberry plants didn’t like being put outside at first but we are doing our best to make them happy now with lots of water & light. They are being well taken care of during the school closure.
Also you can now log on to www.incredibleedibles.ie and sign up to take part in the Incredible Edibles Family Challenge which has been launched recently in the light of the current Stay at Home restrictions. This allows children the opportunity to take part in a variety of Incredible Edible activities at home. There are some lovely, simple ideas here which you & your children can enjoy together.
