It was with great pride and delight that the teachers, staff and - most of all - the pupils of Scoil Mhuire Knockavilla welcomed our three past pupils Ger, Aaron and Devon back to our school with the Liam McCarthy and the Nowlan Cups. We were very happy also to welcome fellow Knockavilla-Donaskeigh Kickhams team-mate Kieran Breen to Knockavilla NS.
Everyone was very excited to see their heros and to listen to them tell us about their great victories. Everyone got a chance to see the beautiful trophies and to have lots of photographs taken with the players.
It was a great day in Scoil Mhuire and one we will remember for years to come.
