Classes 3rd to 6th had a wonderful school tour to Bunratty Castle and Folk Park on May 23rd. We had great fun and learned lots of interesting facts about life in Ireland long ago. The village street was lovely -especially the sweet shop. We went to see the old school - not as comfortable as our own lovely school in Knockavilla!! We watched a woman making bread in a farmhouse kitchen and met some spotty pigs in another farm place. Bunratty Castle was very interesting - especially the towers.
