My Day At The Science Blast , By Grace Hickey
First I leapt out of bed. I rushed to put on my uniform, ate my breakfast and got in the car. At the school we said goodbye to our parents and got on the bus. We were all exited when we got our green wristbands.
Soon after we saw the M.I.C building ,Sophia and I got up to get off the bus with the rest of the class. When we got inside we were amazed. We set up our project at our stand. It looked great!
Next we went to a show. Mark the Science guy was doing a cool experiment using sports and physics and most importantly science. It was really fun. One of our classmates Beth was a volunteer.
After that we came back and toured around the hall to look at the other projects, there were lots of very interesting ones.
Not too soon after we ate our lunch. At one stage later on we went to another hall for some cool games. My friends and I got some funny pictures taken. Then we went back to the main hall.
Ewan, Sophia, Amy Rose and I were all chosen to talk to the judge. He loved our project and presented our class with a plaque. We went to a cool star dome, I loved it. Finally we got on the bus home.
I loved the ESB Science Blast.

The Science Blast ; Aaron Kelly
When we got on the bus everyone was excited, everyone was singing songs with joy.
When we made it to Science Blast we walked into where we would be setting up our project .
Our teacher (Ms Healy) and 1 group set up the project. While the others were gone watching a different Science video.
We went to different activities in different groups. We went to see Nora Patten who is getting trained to go to space. When we were back we stayed around our project because the judge would be coming at 12:10 even though he was 3 minutes late we still had a great time.
We won a plaque from the judge. We got rulers, rubbers and lots more.
Finally: WE went home very excited that we met lots of different people at the Science Blast.
When we got back to the school, our parents were waiting patiently.
